Heed the warning signs of
those being deceptive;
like a weather warning
offer a directive.
Use God’s Word
to know what’s right.
Pray first, ask for help,
and see the guiding light.
Tactfully disagree
with those that mislead.
If a follower slips,
Sow some seeds;
seeds of respect and kindness.
Then, God will provide
what is needed
to help them decide.
But hold them accountable;
using the right words
at the right time
to lift them high like birds.
In their time of need,
we can be forthright.
The world can get slippery;
God’s Word keeps one upright.
