Gain respect with behavior
With hard work and endurance
Loose respect with negative actions
With negligence and incompetence
Some act as though
They know everything
Thinking they are something
But not doing anything
They set others up for failure
Refusing to give advice
Doing things for personal advantage
Not being very nice
Others gain respect
By giving it their all
Helping others along
To make sure all stand tall
They expect excellence
Go to great lengths
Take on challenges
And know their strengths
They respect the strengths of others
Practice kindness with everyone
Listen before making tough calls
Greet with a smile and have much fun
