Blessings Multiplied

The world tells us everything is limited
But with God, everything is unlimited
And the blessings are multiplied.

With God, there is hope and cheerfulness
Which builds momentum and endurance
To a blessed future as our faith is applied.

Dream like Jacob of a stairway to Heaven
And this day with God, give all the praise to Him;
Count on Him for our needs to be supplied.

Be blessed with the joy of an amazing future
And mark this day as the turning point
To an amazing future with God as your guide.

About Mark Shields

Mark volunteers as a member of the media ministry team at his church. A few years ago, he started an on-line Bible study guide called “This Day with God Devotional”. He uses this as a tool in his journey through the Bible. We live in a very busy world with busy schedules so this tool has helped him continue with daily Bible reading and study. Each of the studies are designed to help apply our faith in the work place, at school, or at home. Join him on this journey or check in every so often to read his thoughts.

    Jacob’s dream of a stairway to Heaven gave him hope and optimism for a blessed future. It gave him momentum to apply his faith and do what is right. If faced with difficulty, may this poem provide a turning point to receiving blessings multiplied into the future! Enjoy your weekend my friends!
