Love from Above

Even after difficult circumstances
We can make tremendous advances.
For in God’s timing all things work out
So we give praise and remain devout.

We may be put in a position of strife
But it may be for some purpose in life
And in the future things turn around
Overcoming difficulty to receive a crown.

It may be a past job that didn’t work out
Or a relationship that just didn’t come about.
Through Jesus, we can make it through.
In His name, there is power to accrue.

The shortages we may face in living
Can be overcome through His forgiving
And we continue to go after our mission
Because of the fact that Jesus has risen.

We receive the Good News and are made aware
That difficulties will be overcome with prayer.
Because of His love beyond measure,
We receive grace which is our treasure.

This makes us want to return this love
As the Spirit guides us from up above
So we give unconditionally to others
As we are inspired by His wonders.

We receive His positive affirmation
That helps us daily without hesitation
Because through His Son on the cross
We give the negative past a real big toss.

God’s sovereignty extends to all the realms
And His great power just overwhelms.
In this universe both physical and spiritual
We accept this love given unconditional.

He has made a perfect way for all
To keep on going and follow His call
And He is responsible for all good things
In heaven, on earth, He carries on wings.
